This arrangement is a mutually beneficial solution. If you’re the managing agent for the property, you remain in that role. Essentially, we act as a self-managing tenant, handling routine tenant inquiries and minor maintenance tasks. We only involve you when more significant issues arise, such as a boiler breakdown or damp, for example.
As the agent, you continue to receive payment from your tenant finder’s fee or monthly management fee. Meanwhile, we, as the ‘tenant,’ leverage our database of professional tenants, providing the property owner with guaranteed rent for up to five years.
Additionally, as an agent, you gain a valuable service to offer landlords. You can advertise that you provide ‘Guaranteed Rent’ with no added workload. The agent presents the service to the landlord, we take on the associated risks and management tasks, and the agent simply oversees our tenancy. It’s the perfect partnership!
