Who is the tenant?

Boateng Livings assumes the role of your tenant, undertaking all contractual obligations beyond rent payments. If the occupant declines to vacate the property at the contract’s end or violates the terms, necessitating legal intervention, all associated costs will be covered by us.

How does the rent guarantee scheme work?

We provide a consistent and guaranteed rental income for your residential properties over a fixed term, typically 3-5 years. Throughout this period, we sublet the property, often to international professionals /NHS workers /cares, and construction contractors, and manage it with the utmost care, treating it as if it were our own. To facilitate this arrangement, the property must be transformed into an HMO (house of multiple occupancy) and adhere to all relevant regulations. You receive rent payments regardless of the property’s occupancy status, alleviating concerns about management hassles for the entire agreement duration.

Is my property suitable?

Differing from competitors in the guaranteed rent space, we are open to considering any property in satisfactory condition. While we have a preference for properties already licensed as HMOs, we can also evaluate properties in non-Article 4 areas if they lack HMO licensing. For further details, please reach out to us.
